Moving Comfort

Moving Comfort finds their own comfort zone—with a fine-tuned campaign that more than doubles their sales.

Summary

While it’s a little tough to imagine, there were no workout clothes for women back when Moving Comfort got their start back in 1977. In the years since then, they’ve played a big part in turning that trend completely around. And today women know and love them as both an advocate and an expert in the way garments should fit and perform specifically for women.

Our relationship with Moving Comfort begins with their shopping site, where we created a shopping app that helped women find their perfect fit. From there, our conversations with Moving Comfort naturally turned to how we could make people more aware of the Moving Comfort site and their line of products. So together we took a fresh look at their pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and brought in the expertise of our search engine marketing (SEM) team.

After auditing their existing campaign, we found areas of improvement and ways to address them within the existing PPC budget. We tracked and analyzed the successes, kept an eye on them over time, and made refinements as needed, which led to some dramatic upticks:

  • Clicks increased 211%
  • Sales transactions increased by 209%
  • PPC-referred revenue increased 224%

Not a bad transformation. In just nine months and with a modest increase in cost per sale, Moving Comfort reached out to even more women online than ever before. And from there, more than 30 years of expertise did the rest—helping more women find a "Moving Comfort" all their own.
