Delivering a full brand experience under the guise of ecommerce, BrooksRunning.com informs, entertains, and drives serious sales.

Summary

Brooks Sports is a running company built by runners, for runners. The brand's "Run Happy" ethos is a celebration of everything that makes running the most addictive sport in the world. Mirroring this passion is the love runners of all ages and levels feel for Brooks. A love hard earned by engineering the perfect ride for every stride and the perfect fit for every foot.

The company wanted to make BrooksRunning.com the best place online for runners to experience the brand and purchase their products. We took that vision and (sorry) ran with it. We created the site to showcase the company's deep expertise by both informing and entertaining. New shoes and apparel are featured in interactive environments. Live Twitter feeds run on the homepage and select product pages. And Run Happy gets its own space to keep anyone from taking it all too seriously.

But most of all, the site is about helping runners hit their perfect stride. So they can shop for shoes in ways that are meaningful to them: running surface, pronation type, body size, and arch shape. To make things even easier, customers can use the Shoe Advisor, product videos, and more features to find their fit.

Sections on technology, athletes, and events, along with the Brooks blog, complete the experience, and provide unmistakable proof that BrooksRunning.com is the top spot for connecting with and shopping Brooks online. And it's proof that's quantifiable. Since the new site went live, the company has seen online revenue double year over year.

From Our Client

"We hired LiveAreaLabs to redesign our main consumer website, www.brooksrunning.com. LiveAreaLabs helped us clarify our business and design objectives up front. Next, they ran with the project independently and came back with first round designs that were 90% of the way there. They worked tirelessly to incorporate our detailed feedback, and went way beyond the call of duty to ensure our third-party coders translated the designs as intended."
