Job Description
The Account Director role at LiveAreaLabs offers an opportunity to nurture lasting client relationships with digital retailers, consumer application product managers, and digital marketers. Backed by our team of strategists, designers, writers, technologists, and project managers, you'll guide your clients and ultimately help them achieve their business objectives through standout digital brand experiences created by your account team.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships
- Identify and capture business opportunities within existing accounts
- Develop qualified sales opportunities into new accounts
- Partner with clients to define their business objectives
- Lead strategic account planning to achieve business objectives
- Develop and direct account teams to ensure that services and work achieve business objectives
- Run key client meetings (set agendas, lead presentations, manage all details)
- Manage account finances (estimates, statements of work, invoices)
- Ensure that work is delivered within established timeframe and to the high LiveAreaLabs standard
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years account management experience within digital agencies
- Experience partnering with C-level and Director-level clients
- Passionate about producing strategic and beautifully executed work that achieves measurable business results
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Skills & Experience
- Hands-on digital strategy and digital marketing experience
- Ecommerce experience
- Love for fashion and lifestyle brands and for bringing them to life through outstanding digital customer experiences
