HTC Skinnd / Social media campaign
HTC partnered with LiveAreaLabs to create a social marketing campaign to connect “young cutting edge people from all over the globe” with the HTC Tattoo, “the first phone that can be customized inside and out.” Skinnd was a multi-tier design competition. First, a select group of international street fashion blogs ran contests to produce their best skin design. Then the public compared, shared, and voted to select a skin to be produced in limited quantity and available on the winning blog.
